$60 for 13,5 gallons. Expensive gas is expensive.

I don't miss the days of filling my Ranger or my van for $50. And both of those averaged around 25 mpg.

Yikes, even when gas was really pricey it was only about $45 to fill up my Civic's 12 gallon tank.

I'm averaging 12 mpg :(

Meanwhile, in 'MURRICA, freedom still isn't free but our gas damn near is.

Subaru Tribeca

How on earth does a Subaru B9 Tribeca get 12 MPG (I assume you converted to US Gallons from liters)?
My F-150 (351 CID [5.8L] pushrod V8) does 12MPG(US). And that has two petrol tanks for a total of 33 US Gallons capacity.

Oh yeah, I forgot how thirsty those things are.

It is not the B9, but it gets 12 mpg.

Then either your average speed is really really low, not exceeding about 20km/h, or there's something really wrong with the car, or you are running it on an ethanol mixture far higher than E10 (most likely).
Energy per unit volume of the fuel will affect the efficiency numbers. So getting 12MPG on E85 versus 12MPG on E10 will skew the numbers by a large amount.
For comparison, a 2010 GMC Yukon with a flex-fuel 5.3L V8 will do a combined 17MPG on the EPA cycle on 90/10 petrol/ethanol blend, which drops to 13MPG on 15/85 petrol/ethanol blend.
What fuel mixture are you using? I ask because I see you are likely in Brazil (Signs in Portuguese and Brazilian phone number on the sign in the background)
